The app is built to work entirely on your device. We collect nothing.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It makes no network requests of its own. The only network communication is Apple's App Store handling the one-time purchase, which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
Your personal record
The dishes you mark as tried or want to try, your ratings, dates, places and notes are stored in a file on your device. If you use iCloud, iOS mirrors that file to your own iCloud account so it follows you to a new iPhone. We cannot read it; it never reaches us or any third party. Deleting the app removes the local copy; the iCloud copy is removed when you delete the app's data in your iCloud settings.
You can export your record as a plain JSON file from the Record screen at any time.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is processed by Apple. We receive no personal information about you from the purchase.
Children
The app is rated 4+ and collects no data from anyone.
Food and allergen information
The app describes typical ingredients and preparations of dishes for orientation only. It is not a dietary or safety guarantee: recipes, sauces, oils and shared equipment vary from vendor to vendor. If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, always confirm directly with the vendor.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with an updated date.
